As temperatures drop across northern China, CHN Energy has officially commenced its 2025-2026 winter heating operations to ensure reliable warmth for northern communities. As of October 15, 2025, 17 power plants under six of the Group’s subsidiaries have begun providing central heating, with all systems running smoothly and efficiently. These facilities play a vital role in ensuring reliable winter heating for millions of residents in northern China, where temperatures can fall well below freezing.

As a key force ensuring winter heating in northern China, this year, CHN Energy plans to deploy 168 heating units with a total heating capacity of nearly 70 million kilowatts, making it one of the country’s major contributors to winter heat supply. Ahead of the heating season, the Group carried out comprehensive system checks, maintenance work, and safety inspections across its subsidiaries to ensure stable and reliable performance.

Following the Group’s unified deployment, all heating enterprises have formulated detailed plans and measures to ensure safe and stable production of electricity and heat.
